I had my first appointment with Dr. Schroff today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Schroff was amazing—he took the time to carefully examine me and outlined a clear treatment plan. His assistant, Katie, was quick and efficient with my FMX and other scans, making the process seamless.
Being a new patient can feel intimidating, but the front desk team, especially Kelli, made me feel so welcome. She even came into the room to walk me through the costs of my treatment, which I really appreciated. I was also fortunate that Dr. Schroff had time to begin my treatment the same day. During the procedure, his chairside assistant, Nastassia, did a fantastic job assisting and finishing up when Dr. Schroff stepped out.
Overall, I’m extremely pleased with my experience at Shrewsbury Dentistry and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental office.
