I had my first appointment with Dr. Schroff today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Schroff was amazing—he took the time to carefully examine me and outlined a clear treatment plan. His assistant, Katie, was quick and efficient with my FMX and other scans, making the process seamless. Being a new patient can feel intimidating, but the front desk team, especially Kelli, made me feel so welcome. She even came into the room to walk me through the costs of my treatment, which I really appreciated. I was also fortunate that Dr. Schroff had time to begin my treatment the same day. During the procedure, his chairside assistant, Nastassia, did a fantastic job assisting and finishing up when Dr. Schroff stepped out. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with my experience at Shrewsbury Dentistry and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental office.

Dr. Logronio and Katie were extremely nice and thorough with explaining everything that was happening during my X-rays and exam. I felt very comfortable there. Also got the best cleaning I’ve had in a long time from Cara, the hygienist!

I won't tell you how long it's been since I've seen a dentist, partly because I'm embarrassed and partly because I can't remember. I finally decided "it's time" and got brave enough to schedule the appointment. I love that I was able to do everything online and didn't have to waste time on the phone or hope to call when they were available. When I got to the office everyone was very friendly. Since it was my first visit we started with x-rays. They were very thorough and the dental assistant who did the x-rays was very sweet and gentle-unfortunately I didn't catch her name. Dr. Schroff reviewed my x-rays with me and then examined my mouth which was painless and quick. He suggested I get a deep clean, I think they called it scaling. They were able to get me in for that the same day! Before starting, Caitlin came to talk to me about the cost and financing options. She was very informative and patient. I was worried the cleaning was going to be painful but it wasn't bad at all! They applied topical numbing cream making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Jocelyn did my cleaning and she was gentle and thorough. When she finished the cleaning she used a laser to help treat my gums and it has helped tremendously. I got rebooked the same day for my next cleaning and left with a treatment plan that didn't feel overwhelming and is completely manageable. The entire time I was there I felt welcomed and comfortable. If I had any questions they were answered clearly. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell anything which has been my experience at other offices in the past (hence putting off going for so long). I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist, whether you're regular or it's been a while.
